Our TwinDrag technology delivers smooth and even pressure on both sides of the spool drum, paired with a precision drag lever for smooth adjustments up to a preset amount. This reduces premature wear on bearings and drag washers, and minimizes heat build-up, resulting in a strong and smooth drag system.

C-Flex 360 construction delivers exceptional sensitivity and a smoother power curve by integrating a 360° wrap of carbon tape up the entirety of the blank. Ultimately, the added rigidity means less power is lost in the transitional phase when loading/unloading the rod whilst jigging or fighting a fish. Using carbon tape reduces overall weight when compared to the traditional horizontal fibre sheet, resulting in a higher strength blank - without additional bulk.

Form-XC provides a fine-tuned and predictable action by wrapping the external layer of the blank with a crossed pattern of carbon tape. The interweaving pattern locks in additional strength and sensitivity, while also serving to reduce twisting forces. Under load, the carbon tape supports the core of the blank and spreads the forces throughout the length of the rod, resulting in a predictable and lively feel.

Found in the Obsidian series of reels, the X-ARB bearing provides additional strength and a more robust anti-reverse braking system than previous iterations of the Accurate Boss Extreme. By utilising the X-ARB system, traditional anti-reverse lugs become obsolete, allowing a lighter, more reliable, and stronger anti-reverse system.

The Accurate CVX system incorporates a curved design into the frame and side plates. This curved design allowed us to create a reel that remains lightweight, but incredibly strong. Used on the Valiant series of reels, this CVX design makes them the lightest series of reels available, without comprimising on strength and durability.

Reels with the greased AccuDrag system provide one of the smoothest drag experiences available in the Accurate range. Greased AccuDrag allows a smooth transition as the drag lever is engaged, allowing for precise and controlled application. The greased drag also reduces internal wear which can help to extend the life of your reel.

Featured on the Accurate Tern, TwinStarDrag is the first system to achieve TwinDrag on a star-drag reel. By putting stainless steel and carbon fiber washers on each side of the main gear, rather than a stack of washers on only one side, anglers will experience an unmatched smooth payout of drag at every click of star.
