If you purchased your reel through our New Zealand website, please get in touch to organise your return, do not send it back before organising it with us.

Things we won’t cover.
The nature of fishing tackle means that it gets absolutely hammered.
Between getting coated in salt water, getting smashed by massive fish, or smashing around the boat, your Accurate product is going to have a hard life. We know this, and we’ve done everything we can to ensure it stands up to abuse. Accurate products are built tough, but like any other bit of equipment, they aren’t completely indestructible.
We’ll happily replace or repair anything that fails due to manufacturing defects or premature wear, but we can’t guarantee a replacement or free repair under the following circumstances:
• Lost or stolen items
• Items that have been modified or structurally altered resulting in failure
• Items damaged from misuse, or lack of care resulting in significant corrosion damage. Eg; your reel has clearly never been rinsed with freshwater and a bearing fails due to corrosion.
• Rods that have clear damage from being crushed or loaded incorrectly.
• Items that have been disassembled & reassembled incorrectly by the user or a third party
Still unsure about what you’re covered for? Feel free to get in touch with specific questions regarding our returns policy.
