1-Year Free Service Program
For all reels purchased through NZ distributor Pacific Tackle Ltd, from the 1st July 2019, if you register your reel with Accurate New Zealand, you will qualify for our 1-Year Free Service program. This program entitles you to one (1) one free service for one year from the date of purchase. Please see below for additional terms and conditions.

One-Year Free Service Terms & Conditions
Our free service program will cover all labour and original parts showing unexpected or premature wear within a 12-month period from the purchase date.
Things that are not covered under the free service program:
Damage to the reel resulting from abuse or misuse
Internal damage resulting from lack of basic care eg; excess salt build-up causing corrosion
Replacement of peripherals. Including fishing line, after-market accessories and modifications
In order to qualify for the free service program, you must register your reel within 14-days of purchase. Reels that are registered after purchase are eligible for both 1 free service and warranty claims. Reels that remain unregistered are still eligible for the standard warranty, provided proof or purchase can be produced.
Reels purchased overseas and imported into New Zealand will need to be returned to the original seller to claim warranty service.
